One user has the same problem since 28-NOV-2013. LN client started normally (as many months before), all aplications work with no problem, but then is showed "Cannot create window (Insufficient Memory)" in mail (or contacts) during 2 minutes after LN client started. The reason was the same You described. There were updated drivers for his NVIDIA display adapter a day before and it probably added the nwiz.exe to MS Windows 7 startup. We disabled nwiz.exe using msconfig utility and the LN client 8.5.3 FP5 works on his notebook without problem.
